Thank you all for your help.
I am using Debian on my jornada. I tried to upgrade the pcmcia-cs
package, but then nothing pcmcia worked anymore. So I reinstalled the
old stable package; but kept the nez configuration files. And now
wireless works perfectly.
Happy but confused :)
