I've seen the same message from my Jiornada 720, removing the main
battery, backup battery and power supply for a few minutes and then
reconnecting them seemed to solve it.
It says there is data present in the RAM, nothing to do with the ROM or
reprogramming PPC2002, its just your RAM managed to retain some contents.
