[jornada] Boot Problem on Jornada 568

Hi

I got a jornada 568 that have some problems with booting. When I turn it on i only see the HP invent logo. Nothing else happends even if i wait 2 hours. After i turn it off and i turn it on again i can see writeings:

Yuur unit is attempting to
restore the factory default
settings, but ther is still
data present in RAM.

Do you want to ERASE all data
in RAM?

Select 'No' to retain your
data. Some data may be
corrupted. If your unit does
not function normally after
restart, restore the factory
default settings. Remove all
batteries, disconnect the
ac power sypply, and wait
10 minutes. Then reinstall
the batteries. All data will
be erased from RAM

No metter if i answer Yes or no, i can see HP logo, and enything else happends.
Is there any program to reflash ROM with Linux or PPC 2002? I have second the same unit that works OK.

Please HELP!
