The X server that you use is kdrive (TinyX). It is compiled with
the settings that are going to be used. If you wish to alter the
options, you'll have to make the modification to host.def file in
XFree source, and compile the whole crap. In other words there is no
external config file.

Afaik, fonts are also compiled into kdrive. Correct me if I'm wrong.
