Yes!!! Especially with OPIE when using konqueror. Found GPE worked ok as
long as I didn't run too many things. Also useful to use the memory
monitor to keep any eye on how much memory is free.

What else have you got running? Try shutting down any daemons you don't
need. Familiar seems to start a few things which aren't really required
for the Jornada. Also what modules have you loaded? Have you tried
cutting down the kernel config to avoid things that aren't required for you?

I can't actually comment on 2.6 memory usage as it won't work with my
non-flashboard Jornada.
