I found links graphical to be very good with proper ssl,javascript and
frame support as well as reasonable css support. Its menu system is also
quite nice as the menu disappears unless you press an F key (the
application buttons in the Jornada's case) giving more screen space over
to browsing.
There is also a cut down version of konqeuror for OPIE which supports
javascript, although I found it a little unstable and sluggish.
