Hi Rafael,

you're right, lets continue this discussion here so everyone can use the
information ;-)

Thing is my WinCE version just didn't like the "multi-dot-filename" of the my
kernel image. Once I renamed it to vmlinuz, it just booted. I also found another
solution to solve the German jornada problem:

Use this: http://www.phm.lu/Products/HandheldPC/RegEdit/ and in the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\PCMCIA\ATADisk\ create a string value named "Folder"
and type the name you want for storage cards. But of course, this works only
once... The first time Linux boots up, like all settings, this is gone. But this
way, even the "normal" linexec works with a German Jonrada.

I have been playing around with the release files yesterday but no luck so far.
Seems like the J720 is officially supported now in familiar 0.8.2! Good news
this is... I will try the snapshots tonight after work.

Would be nice to see it running. What have you done before familiar 0.8.2
support to get opie or GPE running?

Cheers
