[jornada] new jornada 56x oe images

Hi,

I have uploaded new jornada 56x images + ipk feed to
http://handhelds.org/~chicken/oe
Although I still don't have any further info about the ASIC, I have managed to
get suspend/resume working quite well by trial and error. Battery life during
sleep is quite bad, but at least suspending and resuming will not cause any
system hangs.

The GPE image failed to build, so just opie and bootstrap right now
