[jornada] Jornada 720 pm working

Hi pals,

I have managed to completely debug the suspend/resume cycle on the Jornada 720
using kernel 2.6. This will only work with a flashboard as a bootloader is
needed to resume the device.

I will build gpe and opie OpenEmbedded images today so you can try out all the
new features.
I have also added IR support to the kernel.

there are two minor problems remaining:
- The modem does not work
- audio seems to be somewhat messed

rest is OK.
