I use SSH/Telnet from Mochasoft on my 720 (running the standard Windows
HPC 2000 or whatever CE is now called) and it cost about US$20.

I've looked at the 728 on the HP site but it's only available in the US at
the moment and seems to be a minor upgrade of the 720 (more RAM, from
what I can see). It wouldn't be worth my trying to sell my 9-month old
720 and getting one.
