reports that the Jornada 728 is actually available and I've successfully
added it to my shopping cart.

I don't want to buy one if there's a chance I'll get stuck with WinCE
though. My main application for this device would be as a rather expensive
portable terminal. Without a good SSH client, X11, etc. it would be pretty
useless.

(As it turns out, buying all of the required software for WinCE costs about
as much as an ipaq 3670....)
