Alex,

Although the processor is the same as the iPaq, all of
the external peripherial interfaces are different (compact
flash interface, RS-232, touch screen, etc). The same linux
binary will definitely NOT work (same is true for the
bootloader).

Although it should be possible to rewrite the flash from
an application program running in PocketPC, I know of
no one who has gone through the effort to do so. I have a
hardware tool that allows me to rewrite the flash (very,
very slowly!) using the JTAG interface on the 568.
