I realise that a number of you are planning setting up web-pages which will
probably answer my questions, but just to make sure here they are:

1)Have people had success with booting to filesystem images specified in
hpcboot.exe? (My feeble efforts failed.)

2)Once i've booted the kernel with the file-system built in, and mounted
/proc (using mount -a) how do i remount as rw?

3)How do i mount a memory card? (are /dev/vcc & /dev/vc the memory cards? if
not what are they?)

4)Do i need a swap filesystem? If so it better to use ramdisk or flash or my
PCMCIA hdd?

Well, that'll do for this week. I'm sure once I over-come these hurdles
there'll be some more ...until then thanks for any help.

p.s. regarding my earlier screen query, yes, it does 'heal' if you leave it
powered down long enough. You can test the screen by pressing 'S' when you
reboot - there's quite a natty little diagnostics mode.
