Dear Jornada linuxers,
I am purchasing a second-hand Jornada 820,
that I intend to install with Linux
(though it might demand some kernel hacking);
however, the 16MB of RAM seem very small for that,
and I was wondering about purchasing a CF memory card with memory.
The question: are such cards seamlessly supported?
Does there memory appear as "normal" RAM? same speed?
The other option is to buy an ad-hoc F1267A memory module,
but it's both more expensive and smaller (16MB) than modern CF memory cards.
If I get a big CF memory card (128MB or 256MB),
can I share it between WindowsCE and Linux,
between two reboots?
Thanks for the information,

I do agree that I have to pay for the *opportunity* to read a book or to use
a program; I do not agree that I have to pay for the *right* to do so.
