[jornada] ActiveSync replacement

Can anyone point me to a program or procedure I can use to upload
software to the Jornada over the serial port. Of course, there's
activesync for windows, but we don't use windows do we :)

The eventual goal is to play with dual booting until I hear back on rom
availability. Have to start with syncronization...
