The Jornada 720 isn't flash based, so no worries. It does make it a pain to get
linux running though.

I've been told that feeding a root image via hpcboot.exe may work (haven't
tried). Also there is the initramfs patch and CIBD patch which let you compile
a RAM disk into the kernel (which lets you run cardmgr to load PCMCIA drivers to
access your CF/PCMCIA cars).

Once I get mine all working I'd like to put a How-to together since all the
information is currently spread around between lots of people.
