hpcboot from NetBSD-current.
Here is a kernel thats "working" for me. It has the pcnet PCMCIA driver
compiled in along with nfsroot and auto_ip config using DHCP. It will look for
10.10.10.50:/arm to mount as root. Not working fully for me yet. My D-Link
card seems to go active (lights up), but don't see the DHCP request or NFS mount
attempt.
