It looks like QPE is using the power button for suspend events. Try
adding
options h3600_ts suspend_button_mode=1
to your /etc/modules.conf file and reboot. That should shut off the
kernel suspend/resume behavior (and the hope is that QPE handles the
policy for you)

Could it be that you use QPE and have the "Blank after some inactivity"
box checked in the Light settings?
