[iPAQ] loading bootldr-2.14.15

I am trying to load bootldr. I cannot seem to get bootldr to upload I get
the xmodem transfer screen ( using secureCRT and nothing happens. I am
hesitant to reboot the iPaq. So any assistance would be appreciated.

load bootldr
loading flash region bootldr
using xmodem
ready for xmodem download..

This is as far as I get.
