[iPAQ] Can I restore my WinCE image from the POD?

Hello Helpful Person,
 
I have been doing some project work with my iPaq, which is currently
imitating a brick. I can get to the Parrot (or Australian Rainbow Lorikeet
<http://www.birdsnways.com/mowen/rainbows.htm> to be totally accurate ;)
screen, and I have the original 4 4Meg images on my computer.
 
Is there a way to transfer and bootstrap the iPaq without another iPaq and
CF card?
