[iPAQ] Problem with loading bootldr to iPAQ

Hello,

I have problem with loading bootldr to iPAQ 3660. I load to iPAQ
file "osloader-1.3.0.exe", I am execute this file and Run. Next
is connecting over terminal and I get prompt boot>.

There is log from terminal. Maybe flash is protect. Is it
existing some command for unprotect? If I reset iPAQ, wince is
load back.
