[iPAQ] iPAQ Development documentation available

Hello all have posted a documentation in HTML- and PS- format on my homepage

As I had a lot of problems during iPAQ startup, I decided, to write a
documentation for that.

The documentation keynotes are

familiar distribution and QPE
kdevelop handling
QT / QTE / QTARM / QVFB handling.
