[iPAQ] help with messed up install on 3150

Hi,

        I thought I'd read all of the instructions but missed one:
copying bootldr-c000 into the top directory of the 3150 before
starting. I still have the 'boot>' prompt, but when I try to install
bootldr-0000... I get:

boot> load bootldr loading flash region bootldr using xmodem ready for
xmodem download..
Download Successful
00019780 bytes loaded to C0000400
img_size is too large for region: AC00AC00
boot>

Is the iPAQ a brick now? Is there a way to recover?
