[iPAQ] Which unit will be better?

Hi

After watching for a while and reading I see that a unit with Linux on it
requires
more than the Ipaq black and white and some people are now upgrading to 32M
flash and 64M ram.

For just Linux what is the best unit to try and obtain? And not turn into
a Brick?
