It is not that automatic...

After you enter boot> load bootldr. Go to the Transfer menu -> send file of
Hyperterm. Select xmodem transfer and the bootldr image that you are going
to send.

we are installing Familiar Linux on iPAQ using your installation's note, so
we have a problem at point 12, exactly when we type "load bootldr" an xmodem
download start automatically..... that stop itself for TIMEOUT error.
We used HyperTerminal to connect with iPAQ, is this rigth??
Can you help me
