[iPAQ] Kernel version 2.4.7 suspend/resume updates

For those of you compiling your own kernels, I'd like to pass on a small
but important change in the latest version (K2_4_7-rmk3-np1-devfs-hh5).

The power button on the iPAQ used to invoke suspend mode directly from
the kernel - that is, user-level programs and daemons were not informed
of the suspension until after the kernel had resumed. Pressing the
power button in the new kernel does not suspend the iPAQ. Instead, the
/sbin/pm_helper program is invoked with a "suspend" argument. The
kernel is suspended by touching the proc file system ("echo >
/proc/sys/pm/suspend").

I've put in this change so that user programs have a chance to do the
right thing before the iPAQ shuts down. Until Familiar 0.5 is fully
updated, you can either grab the updated "hotplug" ipkg (version 1.10
contains the updated /sbin/hotplug) or just update your /sbin/hotplug
script to do the right thing.
