[iPAQ] usb-eth broken?

Sigh. After getting everything on my ipaq working fine with intimate, I
somewhat foolishly decided to run 'apt-get update;apt-get upgrade'.
Live and learn.

I can no longer load the usb-eth module. I get a bunch of unresolved
symbols:

  sa1100_usb_recv_reset
  sa1100_usb_get_descriptor_ptr
  sa1100_usb_open
  sa1100_usb_send
  sa1100_usb_get_string_descriptor
  sa1100_usb_close
  sa1100_usb_recv
  sa1100_usb_send_reset
  sa1100_usb_start
  sa1100_usb_kmalloc_string_descriptor
  sa1100_usb_set_string_descriptor
  sa1100_usb_stop

Is this information enough for anyone to suggest how I might repair
things?
