The procedure at

says to copy bootldr-c000-2.14.15-bigkernel-mono
to the iPAQ root, rename as "bootldr", run
"Tools"->"Bootldr"->"Run after loading from file"
and then load bootldr-0000-2.14.15-bigkernel-mono.
