[iPAQ] boot loader install

Hi!

I'm having trouble with the installation of the boot loader on a black
and white
iPAQ model 3150. This is my third install, the first two went well on
colour iPAQs.

I moved osloader-1.3.0.exe to the iPAQ and did save the windows flash to
files.
No problem. I do Tools->Bootldr->Run and connect using minicom to get a
boot>
prompt. No problem. I type load bootldr and start the XMODEM download of
the
file bootldr-0000-2.14.8. One of two things happen at that point.
Minicom reports
either a complete or an incomplete transfer. In either cases, I have to
type return
to get the boot> prompt back and there is never any message about a
RXSTAT error nor
about a verifying ... done at all. I tried peek flash 0x0 which
invariably reports
EA0003FE.

I also tried with the download of bootldr-0000-2.14.5 and
bootldr-0000-2.14.15
with basically the same results.
