I couldn't find anything about this card either. But I did find the Sony
PCWA-C100 card and PCWA-A200 access point at:

I've been looking into getting a wifi card recently, and I haven't found
one to sway me from my original first choice, the Orinoco Gold and
RG-1000 access point/gateway. The card seems to have the best range ,
and lowest power consumption of any I could find, plus 128-bit WEP (not
that that is so important anymore).

There is also the new Symbol Networker CompactFlash card coming out v.
soon (Sept 19th?) which looks v. nice.
