Don't forget that JFFS2 is compressed, which gives about 2:1 compression on
the executables and libraries I've tested with, so a 3M file will actually
use less than 10% of your 16M flash (those with a 32M flash are wondering
what we mortals are fussing about....).
And if you installed the gigantic Unicode font, then you deserve to have no
flash left ;-); But seriously, work is progressing to store fonts even more
efficiently (Qt/Embedded already murders X11's bitmap font size - a QPF file
takes up about half the space of a PCF file, compressed or uncompressed; of
course, both use the same space if you go the Truetype route).
