[iPAQ] familiar install

Hello, just had a quick question on familiar .4 install. I have the
network setup and can ping OK, but when I try to do an `ipkg update` it
fails. I notice that it is trying to contact rock.crl.dec.com:80, but
that I can't ping rock.crl.dec.com. Is this the right machine to get
ipkgs from?
