Does it matter? All that you know is that the aspect ratio of your
window has changed. If it's a gtk application, you might want to
consider loading different glade files, so that your dialog boxes fit.

Hmmm.... I wonder if gladelib couldn't be smart enough to select the
"right" glade file, where "right" is defined as "fits on the screen".
