[iPAQ] Newbie-ish Question: Flashing

Hello Again,

I've looked all over the archives, and I can't seem to find the answer: How
do I save parts of the file system I've modified/added to? I read the Hot-to
concerning file systems for handhelds, but it didn't seem to address the
issue of flashing it into memory. Does this require using the bootldr? If
so, is there a way to invoke the bootldr without WinCE?
