Hello All,
I successfully got my iPAQ running v.15 to connect via PPP to my Linux (Red
Hat 6.9) box. I am trying to NFS mount a network drive, and I'm getting a
port mapper failure - RPC: Unable to send.
My question is what on the iPAQ needs to be in place for nfs mounting to
work? Since I did not do the Linux installation, I'm wondering if there are
things missing from my iPAQ that need to be there for this. What should I
look for?
The tech support guy who was helping me on this asked if mounting smb is
supported. My understanding is that this woul allow me to share NT
partitions from the iPAQ. Is smbfs a supported type?
Thanks,
Raj
