[iPAQ] Development tools

Hello All,

Am I correct in concluding that there are still no development tools in the
distribution? I'm trying to get compile ViewML, but I'm encountering some
difficulties, and I'm reluctant to suck up the cycles on the skiff machines.
I was hoping to do the work natively and locally. Are the necessary tools
available as binaries that I can just install on the iPAQ or a mounted drive
and?
