and in fact i'm able to setup correctly the net interface on the PC with
ifconfig usb0 1.1.1.2 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
on the iPAQ i did about the same things ...
modprobe usb-eth
ifconfig usbf 1.1.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
and all seem fine ...
but i'm unable to comunicate
both on iPAQ and on PC if i ping the own side of usb net bus all seem
fine
but i'm unable to ping the other device ...
on PC log i notice
Jun 13 08:52:17 motoko kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: usb0: transmit timed out
Jun 13 08:52:57 motoko last message repeated 4 times
and repeated lot of time :(
i also notice that on iPAQ 'ifconfig usbf' stat that there is a lot of
RX errors
RX packets: 0 errors: 473344 dropped:0 overruna:0 frame:0
TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
on PC sice ifconfig usb0 report
