Sorry, I wrote what looks more like machine code than English. I meant what
Devin said.

Do you have /dev/ttySA0? Can you login via a serial connection?

A final quick solution is to change /etc/init.d/qpe, adding 2>/dev/null to
the call to qpe. The long-term solution is for QPe to not blabber so much ;-)
