Answer:
uncompressed.
df before and after a program is copied onto a jffs2 partition will get
you a rough estimate of compressed size.
It is probably good enough to just gzip the resulting binaries and
compare those sizes. The compressed size on a jffs2 partition will be a
bit larger than the gzipped size, but the numbers would still be useful.
