Are you trying to run konq with the official QPe-1.3.0, or did you install
all of the QPe packages from http://devel-home.kde.org/~hausmann/ipkg/ ? Konq
needs the qt-embedded ipkg from the above url, and won't work with the
qt-embedded shipped with QPe 1.3.0. This in turn means that you need to
install all the QPe packages which work with this qt lib or else you won't
have a working QPe either. :)
In other words, remove all of your QPe 1.3.0 packages and reinstall QPe with
/etc/ipkg.conf pointed at the url above. Then you can install konq, and it
should work ok.
Oh, and like Simon had mentioned, these packages reveal a bug in the familiar
v0.4 kernel which affects screen blanking. You might find that your screen
will flicker like mad when you touch it. I think you can get rid of most of
the flickering by playing with the light settings in qpe, but the real
solution is to install a more recent kernel.
