We had a little version skew in v0.15. I updated the kernel interface to
support VESA levels for the screen (4 VESA levels mapped to three:
LCD_ON+FLITE_ON, LCD_ON+FLITE_OFF, LCD_OFF+FLITE_OFF) but we didn't have the
updated X server in the v0.15 release.
This is fixed for the upcoming v0.16 release.
