Have a look in CVS linux/kernel/Documentation/h3650_ts.txt for a brief
description on what to do for the coding - it looks a bit old and I'm not
sure if the driver has changed since this documentation has been written.
The driver code is in linux/kernel/drivers/char/h3650_ts.c
