IMHO, not that it's subject to a vote or anything, we should stick to
Gnome, GTK and Xlib applications. Otherwise you get into needing a
gazillion libraries just to be able to run your applications.
I don't mean to discourage anyone from writing applications based on
other X toolkits, just that I would expect a better system to result
from all-KDE or all-Gnome applications.
