[iPAQ] CE restoration Error (oh boy...)

        
        When trying to reflash the last file to restore CE, I get this
error:

        boot> set override 1
          setting param=override to value=1

        boot> load flash 0x0
        loading flash region flash
        using xmodem
        ready for xmodem download..
        Download Successful
        00400000 bytes loaded to C0000400

        programming flash...erasing ...
        Erasing sector 00000000
          len=00400000
        eraseSector error
          sectorAddress=00000000
          flashContents=EA00008B
          status=00A200A2
        erase error!

        Before I end up with a $500 paperweight, anyone have any ideas?
MD5sum on all files is correct, and I followed the directions to the letter.
