You can't rlogin as root (security feature). You can rlogin as guest (no
password) (rlogin -l guest your_ipaq_here), and then su to root. There is
either an option or a pam config change to allow root to login, but doing
it as guest keeps your system more secure (yes, it is a handheld, but it's
a handheld that behaves like a real box ;-)
