[iPAQ] Native Compilation

I've finally got a serial cradle (10 weeks after getting my iPAQ) and
plan to install Linux in the next few days, I'll probably wait for
v0.16. I don't fancy using the Skiff cluster to do development
(downloading stuff over my modem) I would prefer to do native
        compilation.

Are there any plans to create a package containing just development
tools, compiler, debugger, etc. that could be unpacked onto a
microdrive so the microdrive could be used for development then
finished apps copied over to flash later.
