Dear Carl,
good work so far, I was scanning through the tree, too,
and found out, several things that you already listed.
But looks like some of the files, that you wanted to
replace by softlink already are *hard* links. But yeah,
mkcramfs can't handle them, so replacing hardlinks by
softlinks will save space in cram-image.
Another hint...
Do we need /sbin/fdisk? No need to partition flash, nor?
Maybe useful with microdrives... (96k)
...
btw, could it be, that the tarballs spread with v0.15
are NOT identical to the tree used to mkcramfs the
cramfs files?
