[iPAQ] MS eMbedded tools

I was wondering if anyone has used the MS eMbedded Tools for their CE
products? Specifically, I'm having problems with welly and the ARM
assembler. Does anyone have some sample assembly code for the ARM
that actually compiles under this nightmare toolkit from the deepest
pits of hell...

...or does anyone have some experience using the GCC wince-pe targets
or other Win* targets? i think I have a GCC snapshot and binutils
compiled to emit WinCE PE ARM binaries, but I haven't gotten it to
work nicely with the SDK libraries.

Other than that, I think my minimalist bootloader is doing semi well.
