[iPAQ] setserial on the iPAQ

I am writing a program that uses a strange baud rate. It uses the same
ioctls as setserial to change the custom divisor of the serial port. The
TIOCGSERIAL ioctl fails with EINVAL. I grabbed setserial from debian and it
does the same thing. Does anyone know if this ioctl should work on the ipaq?
