[iPAQ] USB hub?

Does anyone know if it is possible to connect a USB device to the iPAQ and
have the iPAQ control the device? I know that the cradle can be USB and
there is a USB connector cable available for the iPAQ, but in the usual
case, the desktop machine is the master. What I was wondering is can the
connection go the other way, so that the iPAQ is the master hub? It would
be really useful to be able to plug a USB keyboard and other devices into
an iPAQ.
